Avoid Gluten

Studies have shown that two thirds of patients diagnosed with endometriosis start feeling much better once they stop consuming foods with gluten. All the painful symptoms decrease after a year of a gluten-free diet. Opt for whole grains. Eat brown or wild rice, quinoa and steel-cut oats. Complex carbs in the mentioned foods will improve digestion and provide you with vitamin B.
Add More Fruits
Endometriosis is not the only condition that allows you to enjoy your portion of fruit. Absolutely healthy people are also recommended to eat fresh fruits like apples, bananas, mango, citrus fruits and any other varieties that you like and can afford. Look for fruits that have a low GI (glycemic index). The best option is berries. Another important thing to bear in mind is that fruits that you consume should be organic and free of pesticides. Chemical that farmers sometimes use can affect your level or hormones and make you unhealthy.
