Avoid Sugar and Sweets
It is not ok to eat sugary foods if you suffer from endometriosis. Sugar provokes inflammations so you should limit the amount of sugary snacks. Luckily, there is a way out. You can replace your favorite sweet foods with dark chocolate. If you are allergic to chocolate, try sorbet or dried fruit.
Exclude Alcohol
Alcohol brings no benefits hence we strongly advise that people should exclude all sorts of strong drinks. All the toxins that alcohol produces in your body affect every system and make your health weaker. It won’t allow your body to absorb vitamins and minerals from foods.
