Less or No Dairy
If dairy products are your favorites, then you’ll need to look for better alternatives to replace regular versions of your favorite milk products. Make your menu dairy-free. Follow it for a week or two to see the results. If you see that your condition is getting better and you start feeling healthier, then avoid dairy in the future. Dairy has A1 beta-casein – the element that triggers inflammatory symptoms of endometriosis.
Include Nuts and Seeds
Seeds and nuts are great. Although they are very dense in calories and you should eat just a small amount of these foods, nuts and seeds contain healthy fats, plenty of vitamins and minerals. They fill you up and you can snack on them at work or home. Nuts and seeds have omega 3 fatty acids. More than that, they are known for their anti-inflammatory properties.
