Fish should become part of your healthy meal plan. Include various dishes from fish at least two times per week. Many kinds of fish contain omega-3 fatty acids that are needed to reduce the risk of developing diabetes. People, who don’t like fish, can spice up their dishes or sprinkle them with lemon. Our tastes tend to change throughout our life. Even if you are not yet the greatest fish eater, you will soon learn to love this wonderful food.
