The berry that contains a lot of antioxidants is the blueberry. There are hundred recipes where blueberries are used. Besides the antioxidants, blueberries have vitamin K, C and fiber. Eat berries between the meals instead of unhealthy snacks or add these wonderful berries to yogurts and smoothies. It is great to eat blueberries raw, especially after a workout session – in this way you’ll heal and recover your muscles faster.
4. Avocado
Avocados contain monosaturated fats, just like almonds and many other nuts, seeds and oils. Monosaturated fats enable cell membranes to work a lot better with hormones responsible for fat burning.
