3. Chocolate
Have you ever felt like grabbing a bar of milk chocolate after exercise? We know how hungry you feel after intensive training. Be smart and make the right decisions when choosing snacks, foods, beverages after the gym. Milk chocolate is always worse than dark chocolate for a few reasons. One of them is that milk chocolate is much higher in sugar and simple carbs. There is nothing to help you repair the muscles after physical activities. After such a sweet snack all you can expect is just another weight gain.
4. Fried foods
After a workout session all instructors recommend that their clients should not eat fried foods. If you do, you simply ruin the effect of your exercise and ruin the rest of the day. You will feel bad after eating heavy foods that contain too many calories, fat and oil. Burgers and chips are full of ingredients that make you unhealthy. They have no special nutrients that would help you restore after physical activities. Your mission is to look and feel good. So forget all those fried products.
