5. Energy drinks
Your post-workout period should never be followed by energy drinks. These beverages do not hydrate your body cells. On the contrary, they contain a lot of caffeine and make you feel jittery and thirsty. All of the most popular energy drinks are carbonated. The result of it is bloating and gas. The sugar and artificial additives make energy drinks a very bad choice.

Let us remind you that avocados have plenty of incredibly beneficial properties. You should include this food in your menu. But it is important to know when exactly you can eat avocados. This fruit is very rich in fats. We do know that the fat that avocados have are monounsaturated. They are healthy and do not clog your arteries. Nevertheless, people who work out should not eat them after exercise. Wait for at least two hours.
