3. Pre-packaged baked goods
Pass all those pre-packaged baked goods by. They are useless. Even more, they are dangerous. They contain too much sugar. However, sugar is not the worst part of the snack. There are too many trans fats and hydrogenated oils. Producers put lots of chemicals to make the shelf life of the product longer. On top, such treats are full of artificial flavors and other hazardous components.
4. Ice cream
As a matter of fact, ice cream is not that innocent. We give this treat to our kids and do not realize how much harm we do to their health. Ice cream should not be consumed by adults on a daily basis either. This kind of food is full of fat. It leads to high cholesterol. Also, if you consume ice cream very often, you increase the risk of developing diabetes. Replace the regular ice cream with frozen yogurt combined with fruits and berries.
