8. Nerve Cells Do Not Restore or Regenerate
We have always been told that nerve cells cannot restore or regenerate. That’s the main reason why we should not feel upset, annoyed or angry. If you are a person who can ignore all the negative emotions, your nerve cells still die just because this is a natural process. New nerve cells appear all the time and our brains function properly due to the chemicals rather than cells themselves.
