3. Plan Everything Ahead
Planning is always good. It disciplines you and helps you organize your time. Mark the most important dates and events on the calendar. You can dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to sports. Think of a new type of exercise every day. Attend a swimming pool, a gym or dance classes. Invite your friends to join you and you will never regret! That’s a double event then – you communicate with friends and burn calories all at the same time. Even your lunch break can be spent outside with your colleagues as well.
