There are hundreds of music styles and thousands of artists for you to choose from. Turn your favorite tune on and move to the rhythm! Dancing on your own is really fun. Or let your partner join you and dance together. Keep moving at home if getting outside is problematic for some reason. Besides, it is far less expensive then purchasing a membership in a gym. Finally, you will not be able to make an excuse complaining about the weather!
6. Give Yourself a Reward
Love yourself and reward yourself for your efforts. Changing your lifestyle is quite a challenge. Set a goal, move toward it and once you reach your dream give yourself an incentive. What could that be? Whatever you choose, but definitely not food! You have been working out too hard and you have lost your first 3-5 pounds. You look slimmer and feel healthier. So, do not ruin everything by binging on a family pack of potato chips, candies or ice cream. The best treat would be a new pair of shoes, a nice purse or chic accessory. Motivation is quite effective to keep you moving on.
