[caption id="attachment_7905" align="alignnone" width=""]fool.com[/caption]

During a virus outbreak people tend to panic. How effective is that? Of course it does not help at all. Luckily, you can be smarter and, instead of shaking with fear, you can protect yourself and your family by following the simple steps listed below.

Drink plenty of fluids and keep yourself hydrated

Try and replace sodas, coffee and strong tea with plain water. There is nothing that can hydrate you better than H2O. Dehydration leads to problems. It is not only bad for your looks, but for your health also! Viruses and bacteria are especially aggressive and active in dry conditions. Water protects your body cells and makes then ready to fight germs. Moe than that, besides drinking lots of water, we suggest you should use special equipment to keep the air in your rooms less dry. Instead of water you can sometimes drink herbal teas.
