3. Nutmeg
Nutmeg has hallucinogenic properties. It is not a myth at all. Some people might think that this spice is harmless, but, as a matter of fact, you should be careful with it. If you consume 0.2 oz. of nutmeg, it will cause convulsions. Consuming 0.3 o.z. of the spice will lead to seizures. Nutmeg psychosis happens if you eat a whole nutmeg. You will experience disorientation and hallucinations.
4. Almonds
Almonds make a great snack and they are recommended as a super food. This species provides you with fiber and nutrients. They have lots of calories and you need just a few almonds to feel satisfied. However, there is a deadly species called bitter almonds. The nuts contain hydrogen cyanide. Only 10 bitter almonds can cause death. Store-bought almonds are sweet almonds and they are not dangerous.
