3. Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is often eaten with jelly. If you still keep some kinds of jellies and jams in the fridge, it is not recommended to keep peanut butter in cold places because if the temperature is low, your product will turn dry and hard. It’s fine to keep the PB in a dry and cool place like your cupboard. Then the food will be soft, smooth and ready for use.
4. Citrus Fruits
Fruits that contain citric acid do not enjoy cold temperature. The list includes lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit. The mentioned fruits should be stored in room temperature. Let them ripen and do not interrupt the process by placing citrus fruit in the fridge. Coolers will also make the fruits’ skin look different – covered in spots and dull.
