We recommend:
• Tuna or salmon and avocado rolls. Opt for simple rolls with avocado and your favorite seafood. Fish is a great source of lean protein. It is healthy and satisfying. More than that, tuna and salmon provide your body with healthy oils. You can try and replace white rice with the brown kind – the latter has more fiber. Do not consume more than 8 pieces (or 2 rolls) if you want to maintain your weight.
• A side salad. If 8 pieces of sushi is not enough for you to feel full, order a salad on the side. Salads are low in calories and healthy. The vegetables in your salad will give you more fiber, vitamins and minerals. Veggies are great if your rolls are made with white rice.
• A huge glass of plain water. Despite the fact that you requested the low-sodium sauce, you still consumed too much salt. In order to avoid water retention, drink a giant glass of water after your meal. It will help your body wash the salt out.
