3. Find out actions which you don’t like to do. You should be honest with yourself. During my practice as a restaurant owner I understood one thing. To make the dish’s prime cost cheaper I had to find food ingredients which were sold at competitive prices. I could do this but in general it wasn’t for me. So at last I found a person who had to manage this direction of restaurant business. At last I could be absolutely engaged in the activity which inspired me much – new recipes creation.
4. Be true to your aims. It’s important not to let anyone make influence on you. While reaching success in my undertakings I was often said that nothing good was waiting for me. But nevertheless in 1996 in Maui I opened the raw food restaurant which was the first in the country. Listening to myself I understood that the environmental responsible practices are very important. I became a pioneer of the sustainable-food movement. My experience proves that being true to your dreams is the greatest value in our lives.
