3. Find out actions which you don’t like to do. You should be honest with yourself. During my practice as a restaurant owner I understood one thing. To make the dish’s prime cost cheaper I had to find food ingredients which were sold at competitive prices. I could do this but in general it wasn't for me. So at last I found a person who had to manage this direction of restaurant business. At last I could be absolutely engaged in the activity which inspired me much – new recipes creation.
