India can offer so much! Its climate, culture, cuisine, traditions and history have attracted millions of tourists from around the globe. Its beaches are not less impressive. Check out the following destinations:

1. Varkala Beach, Kerala

How superstitious you are you does not really matter. Despite the fact that Varkala beach is believed to wash away all sins, you should still visit the spot at least once. First, the views it offers are incredible and will stay in your memory forever. Seconds, the place is perfect for swimmers. Also, you can take the path running up the cliff where you will find a great deal of cozy restaurants, cafeterias and bars. Do not leave unless you see the legendary Sree Janardhana Swami Temple.

2. Agatti Island, Lakshadweep

The Lakshadweep Union Territory also owns Agatti Island. The beach we are talking about is located off the Indian mainland. The Indian subcontinent is situated approximately 500 km from Agatti Island. There are not enough words to describe the beauty of the beach. The island is tiny (6 km long), but it has an airport and houses a few thousand people. This area is superb if you are interested in a quiet beach holiday. Stay there for at least a week to feel what real paradise is.
