3. The art of relaxation
How good are you at relaxing and having fun? You might think that there is nothing new to learn about it. The fact is that not all people can relax the right way. The tempo of our life makes us work 24/7 and there are too few of us who can forget their duties and work after they get back home after a hard day in the office. We all need to distract our minds from routine and do something that makes us happy. If a person does not get enough rest, the quality of his life suffers: he is less useful at work and family and his health become worse.
4. The ability to think critically
Be sure that you will achieve great results if you have the ability to think critically. Critical thinking does not mean that you have to turn into an emotionless robot. Make your own decisions and focus on your personal preferences. This is what we all do. But what you shouldn’t do is to focus on your emotions. Your best weapons are logical analysis and healthy judgment. This is how you’ll see what reality is.
