3. Priorities
The previous tip is closely related to this one and as long as you have no priorities in your life you won’t be able to understand the importance of time management. 4. Take a walk
Have a walk during breaks. It will not affect your productivity. On the contrary, you will become more efficient at what you are doing. You need to regain your energy and fresh air is what you need, especially if you are short of time and cannot go to the gym during the day. Breathe fresh air, provide your body with more oxygen and your mind will refresh. During your walks you can meditate on different topics, try to find solutions to various issues and simply relax.
