Splurge a bit while travelling – it’s a great investment and you’ll never regret spending your money on something that will stay in your memory forever. Drop by a fancy restaurant, book a day at a cool hotel or do something else that will make your trip happy.

4. Get Lost Intentionally

How about getting lost on purpose? Visit the areas where tourists do not usually go. Explore the town and its streets, talk to people who are friendly and do not mind being disturbed. Locals will certainly be willing to tell you more about their lifestyle as well as find out about you and your culture. You shouldn’t be afraid of dangerous neighborhoods – they are much farther from your hotel than you might think.
