We do hate being under quarantine. It prevents us from doing lots of fun things.

We do hate being under quarantine. It prevents us from doing lots of fun things.

Make it less dull and annoying. Here are a few things you can do during such days:

1. Watching your favorite films and programs
You can finally binge on TV! Distract yourself and watch whatever makes you happy: movies, documentaries, talk shows or sports. The number of programs on TV nowadays is endless and you can choose something cool to your taste. Try a different genre or, if you have cable TV, watch a few foreign channels and see what other countries find important or interesting.

2. Meditation and relaxation
People meditate whenever they need to relax. Your body cannot travel since all borders are closed. However, your mind can travel! Meditate in total silence. You can lie or sit. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. It takes 20 minutes only, yet it‘s effective and soothing.
