Instead of your aerobics and fitness classes you can do plenty of other things to keep yourself moving. Here are six of them:
1. Dancing
Dancing is fun. You can do it on your own, with your family or friends. No need to go anywhere either – dance all you want at home to your favorite hits. Move to the tune. Dancing burns almost 450 calories per hour – that’s more than some of the exercise you usually do at the gym! This activity is far more pleasant, too. Create a soundtrack and include your favorites so that you would feel happy every time you dance. Not only will you burn calories and tone up, you will also improve your mood and feel happier afterwards.
2. Biking
Biking is cool if you enjoy staying outside. Make your biking more exciting and rite a different route each time you get on your bicycle. Visit new places and districts; enjoy the nature and the things you pass by. Make your ride more challenging by choosing a rugged terrain. Try riding a bike uphill and burn more calories. On average, you burn between 400 and 500 per hour while biking. Use your bike instead of your car and save money!
