Do not turn your workplace into a market. Trying to sell stuff to your co-workers is not the best thing to do. In some companies soliciting is prohibited. The reason is that it distracts you as well as other employees. If it is not allowed to sell things, do not break the rule.

Dirty words cannot make other people respect you. On the contrary, this habit is very bad. It only demonstrates how unprofessional and impolite you are. Respect your colleagues and speak to them in a nice manner. It is not acceptable to use foul words. Swearing may mean that you are too emotional and cannot control yourself. Learn to talk to people without using questionable words and phrases.
