Slurp, don’t sip
Wine connoisseurs let the drink ‘breathe’ a bit – they open the bottle and aerate it. The same is done by coffee lovers – they introduce oxygen to the beverage in order to let coffee release all flavors. You can learn to use a special ‘cupping’ spoon with a deep bowl. A regular spoon is also fine. Some simply slurp coffee from the cup and do not use any utensils whatsoever.

Whether your spirits are high or low, a cup of coffee will always help you feel better. Try a cup of caffe correto – an espresso with some extras, such as grappa, brandy or Sambuca. This kind of coffee is recommended in the evening, when you are ready to relax after a hard day at work.
