5. Children’s hospital

Hospitals are not the best place to spend your Christmas. Nevertheless, you cannot predict when you might need medical assistance. If you are a grown-up person, you can deal with it a bit more easily. But kids suffer much more if they stay in hospital during the greatest celebration of the year. Visit them and let them believe that Santa exists!

6. Homeless shelters

Another type of people who need you is probably homeless. They have no property, no money and no family. There is no one to take care of them or let them know that they are needed in this world. A homeless shelter is a place where volunteers are always welcome. Have a couple of simple gifts and spend some time talking to those who need communication.
