1. No Eye Contact – No Greeting

Say ‘hi’ when you board the plane. Your flight attendant is the person whose main mission is to make your flight more comfortable. Respect their job and efforts. A simple ‘thank you’ is all you need to say when they bring you a glass of water or a cup of tea. We know that doing this kind of stuff is their duty and responsibility. But good manners cost nothing. Why don’t you then follow the common rules and be polite? It is pleasant to deal with nice passengers so be one of such people and you will see that your flight attendant smiles at your more often.

2. Do Not Take Over The Overhead Bins

Flight attendants hate to make passengers gate-check their luggage. Only if you take over the bin space should you be given no choice. Your bags should always be of the right size. If you have a small bag, put it under the seat in front of you.
