Recommended for rural Italian luxury
Kaliyoga is one of the most popular yoga retreats. People love this place for its great cuisine and picturesque nature. The centre was established in 2008 by Jonji & Rosie Miles, who worked there as yoga teachers. Their mission was to found a retreat where people could develop spiritually, mentally and physically. All visitors stay in traditional buildings called ‘trulli’ that are known for their conical shape. Yoga sessions are held twice a day. You can share your accommodation or, if you prefer to stay alone, a single house will be provided for an extra fee. Meals are served in the centuries-old farmhouse not far from the trulli. There is also an outdoor pavilion for yoga sessions.
