It’s stupid of you to think that if you eat dozens of slices of pizza with beer and cake with wine can help you avoid a hangover, you are mistaken. On the contrary, the more carbs and alcohol you consume, the unhealthier your next day will be. Instead of carbs eat protein and fiber-rich foods. Lean chicken and a salad is what you need.
