3. Osaka Castle in Japan. This castle attracts thousands of tourists because of its exterior and interior consisting of five stories and eight stories accordingly. Osaka is built on the top of a tall foundation and takes up more than one square kilometer of land. The main purpose of the structure was to protect its residents from enemies in the Middle Ages.
