7. Twists and turns that make everything less smooth
The fact is that there are plenty of factors that can influence your whole vacation. You cannot predict the future and foresee the upcoming events. We have mentioned before that flights are sometimes delayed and that weather conditions can also change and prevent you from doing outdoor activities. Do not take these things too seriously. No one wants you to experience trouble. If you recognize that life is full of unexpected stuff, it will be easier for you two to accept reality. The best thing is that you are a couple and there is nothing that could ever ruin your vacation – you are just experiencing some sort of adventure.

8. You are not supposed to be a typical tourist
Some activities may feel less touristy. Do not worry – this is absolutely cool to do something that is not practiced by other travellers. Do whatever makes you feel happy! The more original your ideas are, the more memorable your vacation will be. Visit a less popular site, participate in a local event, make friends with someone who has lived in that country all their life, taste that region’s dishes and drinks, etc. Look around and see what other opportunities your vacation overseas can offer you and your partner.
