The only way to provide your body and brain with nutrients is by eating lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. Consume vegetables and fruits, avoid junk foods, sugary drinks and salty snacks. Drink plain water and herbal teas. Remember to do exercises. Opt for activities that you enjoy. Go for a walk or a bike ride. Swim in the pool or drop by the gym.
