7. New interests and hobbies
We have just mentioned that studying foreign languages is an excellent way to stimulate your brain. However, there are more interests and hobbies you can get involved into. Make your brain work in a new and absolutely different way. Think of a hobby you have never tried before. It may be a physical activity.
8. Classical music
Introduce your kids to classical music from the very early age. Experts report that classical music stimulates the brain cells and kids who are brought up in such an atmosphere are smarter and their intelligence level is higher than that typical of children who never listened to classical composers. Do not force your child to do what he doesn’t want. Just turn on Beethoven or Mozart for half an hour for your whole family and enjoy the tunes.
