3. We’re blaming our partner although we also were there
The best way to solve problems made in the past is by starting analyze your own actions. How right were you when you were in that relationship? Did you do everything the right way? No one is perfect. This rule applies to you as well. If you feel you did something wrong, then try never to repeat the same mistakes. If you did everything right, then there is nothing to blame you for. Relax and move on living your life.
4. We follow advice given by people who don’t know any more than you do
Do not become a blind person who is led by another blind person. If you ask for advice, make sure that the person you are asking for help is smarter than you and has much more experience than you do. Why would you listen to someone who is as inexperienced as you? You need an objective person who will explain what happened and what made you feel the way you’re feeling at the moment. Your friends will probably feel sorry for you. But is compassion enough to solve issues? We doubt.
