7. Relax
We all want to make a good impression, especially if it the first time we are about to meet someone. However, only if you look and feel natural can you create a nice impression on others. Get rid of tension by taking a few deep breaths. There’re special breathing techniques that relieve jitters. Slow and deep breathing is what you need to reduce nervousness. Concentrate on how you breathe and do not let emotions control your mind.
