7. Fear is no option. You need to speak up when you feel you are afraid of something. The issue may be anything from daily chores to something essential like money or kids. Bring the problem up and let a therapist deal with it. All together you’ll identify what bothers you most and then try to see how to cope with it.
8. Proper budget can make you feel safe and secure. Without sufficient amount of money you will never feel comfortable. If either of you spends too much money or stays jobless, then this is the reason to meet a therapist and talk to the specialist. The problem may be in the partner trying to save cash or the one who wastes too much money.
