Sharing your bed with pets
If you are a pet owner then you might be aware of the fact that pets love sleeping with their owners. If this is the reason why your sleep is poor, then do all possible to stop this habit. Keep your pet in another room and let yourself have a good sleep. Almost 65% of pet owners say that their sleep could be better if their pet didn’t sleep with them. Pets move more often than humans, they might wake you up in the middle of the night, disturb you, etc. Another established fact is that your pet’s fur might cause allergies and problems with breathing. Think if you have any of these symptoms already.

Intensive workout
Exercising in the evening might keep you awake at night. Do your usual workout routine early in the morning or afternoon. Instead of intensive exercise take a long walk. You will burn calories without feeling too exhausted. Being outside and breathing fresh air is very beneficial, especially before the bedtime. There are actually two opinions regarding this issue. Some experts say that too much exercising at night is not right. On the other hand, they say that being active is always good and should not be avoided even if you think it is too late. The only way to see if going to the gym after 7 p.m. is healthy for you is to simply try it out. If the regime appears too hard, then you are probably one of those people who should go to the gym in the morning.
