Go to bed earlier and you will wake up feeling healthier and looking better. The importance of sleep cannot be overestimated. It is crucial to let your body have enough time to rebuild the damaged cells. Some of the factors that might disturb you at night are: allergies, late and heavy meals, partying and alcohol, stressful situations. Try and solve the issues that won’t do good to your health and beauty.
Refresh your curls
If your hair is curly, you are sure to know what it is like to wake up in the morning with your hair all frizzy and stubborn. The structure of curly hair is different from that of straight or wavy hair. Curls need special hair care products. In the evening apply a leave-in conditioner that contains protein. If your hair is dry, then you might need a bit of oil. The oil will seal the porous surface of the hair and will not let your curls lose moisture.
