Outdoor activities will always be in fashion! Spend more time in fresh air. It should not make any difference to you what kind of weather it is outside. Stop making excuses trying to convince yourself that you can catch a cold if it is autumn and raining outside or that you will burn your skin if it is the summertime. There is no bad weather, only bad clothes and all you need is a pair of comfy shoes, light clothing in summer and something warmer in winter. Play outside, jog or do gardening – it’s all up to you. The point is to spend less time at home.
