I am referring not only to our Jedi readers. The research say that there are three kinds of character traits of people who can do everything beyond limits to climb to the career top: anticosial personality, manipulativeness and narcissism. Psychologists call this pack the “Dark Triad”.

Now you thought that good people should better avoid such kind of bastards in everyday life, not only at work. It’s true that if a person has an extreme case of Dark Triad mind, he or she would better alienate colleagues than walk over them. But a softer use of those characteristics can help anyone to make friends and success on the job, according to Wall Street Journal.
